ODELYAH SARLAU, the owner of the brand Lyn Jewels™, accepts returns of all items, except ones bought during a sale. The buyer has a period of 5 days after they have received their package to return the items UNUSED and NOT DAMAGED. Earrings returns are not accepted due to hygienic reasons. All original contents of the package must be included in the returned package (original packaging, price labels, invoice etc,).
The buyer will be sent an email to be notified that we have received their returned item(s) once the return is inspected.
We will also proceed to notify the buyer whether their refund has been approved or rejected. Once approved, the buyer’s account will be automatically credited.
